Looking for a respectful roommate to join us immediately or asap in an 1850 sq. ft 4 bdrm, 2-1/2 bath, 2 story pet-friendly house in southwest Airdrie. Rent of $500 (plus security deposit of same, single occupancy) includes utilities, high speed internet, phone with unlimited long distance, laundry facilities, etc etc.

The house features a large fenced backyard - including fire pit, above ground pool in the summer and choice of propane or charcoal barbecue. Basement rec room includes a pool table and 47" rear projection tv (great for watching the game!).

The rooms can be furnished or not, your choice (2 currently are, we have storage space available if you don't want it).

We are a young couple looking to share with someone who is respectable, friendly, cleans up after themselves, pet friendly (we have 2 large very friendly dogs, cats and turtles) and expects the same from everyone else.

FYI, if you have a dog that you'd like to bring (must be good with other dogs, must not eat cats), due to local by-laws, we can only accept 1 more dog. . .

Month to month agreement required. Couples will be $500 + utilities (security of $500).
