Easy going, mature young lady would like to share her new home! It is a nicely renovated 3 bedroom townhome in Beddington NW. The home includes hardwood flooring on the main level, nice carpet in the bedrooms, 1.5 baths, fireplace, landscaped backyard complete with BBQ for those summer nights! I'm nice and willing to share my things. Bedrooms are cozy but functional, and there is lots of space for storage if you have lots of stuff including furnature to go in the finished basement (you can set up your own private living room down there!) The location is absolutely wonderfull as it is close to all ammenities, safe neighborhood, right near center street for a quick commute to downtown, and minutes from Deerfoot Trail for easy access to northeast and south calgary!!! Best of all have a respectfull, flexible and fun roommate :) therefore looking for the same in return!

$550 a month and will negotiate utillities based on both of our finances. Will rent out both rooms to a set of friends or a couple if requested!

Will need roomates to commit for October 1st, I can meet with you in person to discuss myself and the accomodations to see if we match, but will not be able to physically provide a tour of the place till mid september (do not have posession till late in the month!).
