Friendly house of people in their mid-twenties (mix of working professionals and grad students) looking for someone considerate, fun and clean to share our home. We are pretty busy people doing a range of things from snowboarding, paragliding, and photography to going out on the town. Our landlord is renovating in late-April to put new flooring in the entire house.

Rental term is 4 months from Sept 1, 2009 to May ,2010.

The room is for one person (gf/bf can visit within reason)
Room is unfurnished but I have an extra bed, desk and dresser you could use
Room is upstairs with backgarden view, closet, blinds, and a new laminate floor.
Wireless internet and full cable in the house.
No smoking in the house.
No pets

Total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the house.

There is a furnished upstairs living room and kitchen with furniture, dishes and sunshine.
Life is easier with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, deep freeze, 2 fridges, and of course a washer/dryer.

Garage and lots of street parking.
Storage shed for bikes.

Bus stops in both directions are right outside the house for going to the uni, train or Market Mall.

The house is walking distance from the University of Calgary (10-15 minutes) and Brentwood Train Station (10minutes) and Children's Hospital (10minutes). Foothills Hospital is also walkable (20min).
We have three shopping malls and a strip mall within 15minute walking distance (Market Mall, Northland Mall, Brentwood Mall).
Downtown is a 20$ cab ride, a 30-40 min leisurely bike, or 15 minute train ride from Brentwood.
A school yard with a free outdoor hockey rink is a block away.
