I just moved into a gorgeous, brand new, fully furnished house in Canmore and am looking for one or two female roommates to share it with.

I am an outgoing, fun, organized, and driven young professional and moved out to Canmore from the States to live in the mountains and enjoy every outdoor activity Canmore has to offer in the time I'm here -- until May '10.

I am looking for a female roommate of similar age who is very clean, neat, and organized, friendly, responsible, driven, fun to be around, loves to have fun, and has a strong work ethic (and preferably a night owl) like myself.

The house is located up on the mountain in prestigious SilverTip and offers unparalleled south-facing views of Canmore down below. The home has 4 bedrooms, is 3 levels, and 3,000 square feet. It has a 2 car garage, multiple outdoor decks, fireplaces, granite countertops throughout, lavish wood floors, vaulted ceilings, heated floors, and the best furnishings and appliances available, including HE front-loading washer and dryer. The home has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and media room with 50" plasma HDTV, complete with wet bar.

The walk-out (bottom) level has 2 sunny bedrooms (one with walk-in closet), one bathroom (with heated floor), the media room with 50" plasma HDTV and wet bar, pull-out sofa, and a walk-out deck. This is the level I'm looking to find a roommate(s) for. I'll be occupying the other two levels.

I'm either looking for one female roommate to pay $1,600/month (including ALL utilities), to have the entire bottom floor, or two female roommates to pay $800/month each (including ALL utilities) and share the bottom level. (Internet and cable included) Must be willing to commit to at least a 6 to 8 month stay.

The home is brand new (built in 2007), FULLY FURNISHED, and one of the nicest homes in all of Canmore.
