Hi there! My boyfriend and I have one room available in our 1600 sqft home which is barely 3 years old, it is located in a quiet cul de sac with minimal traffic. Very Clean and spacious. We have a sunny South facing deck which includes a BBQ and a firepit in the yard with can be great for entertaining in the summer. There is a big screen TV in the living room, and a home theatre with Blu-ray in the basement. No smoking in the house but outside is OK.

We have 2 dogs, one very smart Golden retriever and one not so smart (but VERY cute) cockerspaniel/shitzu cross.

Rent includes all utilities/wireless internet/satellite TV with every channel you could possibly imagine! And access to all of the house, street parking in the front or on back pad which ever you prefer.
